I like to combine energy healing with massage to promote a deeply healing experience for your body, mind and spirit. I combine myofascial release, lomi lomi, deep tissue techniques, active release technique, reflexology, hot stones, cupping, essential oils and energy healing techniques to provide you with a unique healing experience. Each massage is customized for you and you choose which methods you prefer or wish to exclude.
